Obverse: ICAAKIOC - [ΔECΠOTHC] [Isaakios Despotes]. Isaac II. steht in Gewand und Stola (loros) mit Krone in der Vorderansicht. Er hält in der r. Hand ein Feldzeichen (labarum) und in der l. Hand ein Globus (sphaira) mit Kreuz.
Reverse: Die Heilige Jungfrau Maria mit Nimbus steht die Hände zum Gebet erhoben (orans) in der Vorderansicht. Beiderseits MHTP - ΘV. MHTP ligiert.
